Requirements :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts.
  • BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.
  • ICU, SICU, or trauma experience preferred.
  • Advanced assessment, clinical judgment, and team collaboration.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide critical care to post-op and trauma surgical patients.
  • Monitor vitals, manage ventilators, drips, and invasive lines.
  • Administer medications and respond to emergencies.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams for care planning.
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
  • Document care and follow ICU protocols.
