Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning assets using adult learning principles and various authoring tools

Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders

Conduct virtual training sessions and facilitate programs to enhance learning and development within the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as E-Learning Technology or Instructional Design

Minimum of three years of corporate instructional design experience, preferably in regulated industries

Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies

Proficiency with e-learning tools, including Articulate Storyline and Canva

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
