Job descriptionNational certification in at least one of the following specialties : Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Gerontological Nurse Practitioner Active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner License 1+ year direct primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner Active DEA license Provision of exceptional primary care Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues, and home visits as needed Administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies Population health leadership, in coordination with the Care Team Assisting the care team with phone triage and outreach Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments Build a wide professional network by collaborating with different healthcare teams, opening doors for future career prospects and collaborations. Continuously learn and grow by adapting to various clinical environments, enhancing your skill set and versatility. Contribute to global health initiatives by participating in international locum assignments, addressing healthcare disparities and supporting healthcare infrastructure development. Explore new cities and regions, immersing yourself in different cultures while working. Tailor patient care approaches to individual needs and preferences, free from institutional protocols or constraints, fostering patient-centered care and satisfaction.

About The Position
Are you looking for a Full time NP position with great benefits?
We are seeking Full time Nurse Practitioners for a primary care opportunity at our Outpatient clinic in Reading, PA. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p; no nights and no weekends.
What We Offer :
- Competitive Salary (Ranges from $110,000 - $165,000 based on experience and location) with quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
- 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME)
