Job Description : Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The role involves programming, milling, and working with mill turns, with a focus on identifying and addressing root causes for parts. You will collaborate closely with the setup team and utilize various technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Program and operate CNC machines including Mori Doosan and some Haas.

Collaborate with setup personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Own and address root causes for parts quality and production issues.

Perform quoting and tooling selection to optimize manufacturing processes.

Utilize Mastercam for CNC programming and troubleshooting of mills and lathes.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.

Experience with Mastercam and troubleshooting mills and lathes.

Strong understanding of quality control and root cause analysis.

Ability to perform quoting and select appropriate tooling.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00 / yr.
