What You'll Do :

Lead and inspire a team to deliver top-notch service and food quality

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence

Train, develop, and hold staff accountable in a fast-paced environment

Monitor financial performance, including P&Ls, sales reports, and inventory

Maintain high-quality standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience in restaurant management or a leadership role

Strong ability to motivate, train, and develop team members

Experience analyzing financial statements, sales reports, and performance data

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of inventory management, labor scheduling, and P&L reports preferred
