Work You'll Do

• Administering and Developing ServiceNow Platforms : Manage, configure, and customize the ServiceNow environment to support multiple modules, with a focus on incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Designing and Developing Solutions : Utilize your expertise in JavaScript, Angular, and web technologies to build custom applications, automate workflows, and enable seamless user experiences within ServiceNow.
• Implementing Integrations : Connect ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring secure, reliable data exchange and process automation across complex IT ecosystems.
• Managing the CMDB : Apply data management best practices to the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), supporting accurate asset tracking, relationship mapping, and service delivery optimization.
