Boeing Test & Evaluation is seeking a Metrology Technician to join our team in Mesa, Arizona !

The position requires a work week that includes Saturday and / or Sunday, or as required to work around the standard production work schedule. It is expected that the majority of expected work load will be on site at the equipment location, working closely with users to minimize down time. Any available time beyond that will be spent in lab supporting with calibrations as needed.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Metrology Technicians.

Position Responsibilities :

• Use calibration standards to safely calibrate, adjust, certify and maintain Measurement and Test Equipment (M&TE) and / or process equipment onsite and in lab using approved calibration procedures, process specifications, equipment drawings to manufacturer's performance specifications or user requirements; (e.g. Pyro, Mass / Weight, Pressure, Temperature, Torque, Tooling Certification, Volumetric and Physical / Dimensional)

This position is for a variable shift and will require Saturday / Sunday workdays as necessary to schedule and support a busy production schedule.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2) : $51,000 - $69,000

Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3) : $60,350 - $81,650

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
