Job descriptionMeet with pre-qualified homeowners (we provide most of the leads — no cold calling!) Proactively seek additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and community outreach Conduct home inspections, measure and assess needs, and educate customers on options Prepare clear, professional estimates on-site Follow up to close deals and maintain customer relationships Earning Potential : 63K–100K+ in your first year (base + commission per sale, with monthly goal kicker) Leads Provided : No cold calls; our marketing helps keep your calendar full. You can grow your earnings by creating your own opportunity. Training : Paid, hands-on training at our training center Tools & Support : Removable vehicle branding, iPad, CRM, and a strong office team Culture : We win as a team, celebrate each others success, and have fun doing it 2+ years in sales, home improvement, or customer-facing roles Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors as needed Valid drivers license and clean driving record Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
