As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive engagement. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding our core values of teamwork, integrity, and people-first care. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeFri11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AMSat11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual conditions.
  • Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals and address concerns as they arise.
  • Document activities and incidents according to company and site-specific protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
  • Assist with access control and greet visitors in a professional manner, providing directions and information as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
