Sidney Health Center is actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU / Critical Care team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care to acutely and critically ill patients in a dynamic and technically advanced setting. This role requires strong critical thinking, assessment, and coordination skills to support comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Deliver care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced interventions.

Perform complex assessments to detect subtle or sudden changes in condition.

Collaborate with an interprofessional team to plan and coordinate patient care.

Monitor and manage life-support equipment and administer critical medications as needed.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

ICU / Critical Care experience strongly preferred

Current Montana RN License (or compact state license)

BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)

ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA)

PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support or equivalent

TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course (preferred)
