A company is looking for a Manager, Corporate Development and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to implement business performance improvements and growth initiatives
Build business cases and financial models for investments and corporate development activities
Conduct analyses and due diligence for potential acquisitions and business development projects
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate development, or related fields
Proven expertise in business case development, financial modeling, and due diligence
Ability to analyze financial and operational information for investment decisions
Experience with public speaking and presenting to executive-level audiences
Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder is considered an asset
