Job description$33-$42 / hour Depending on Experience Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance plans. Manage a generalist book of small to middle market accounts. Analyze coverages associated with client insurance policies to ensure needs are met. Educate clients on their coverages and risks. Maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data. Delegate tasks to assigned assistants & support team, while also managing a steady stream of your own day-to-day tasks. You appreciate building and nurturing trusted relationships with your clients. You balance warmth with efficiency in your professional communications. You enjoy finding solutions to commercial risks and exposures while deriving satisfaction from the steady stream of renewal steps. You enjoy the complexity of larger accounts. Current CA Property and Casualty license 3+ years P&C experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (EPIC) Understanding of Independent Agency system and familiarity with Commercial Lines operations
