Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Clinical Excellence :
Maintain a full caseload while leading your clinic teamEnsure high-quality care and positive patient outcomesMentor and support therapists and rehab aidesBusiness Operations & Team Management :
Oversee clinic scheduling, budgeting, hiring, and trainingInterpret and act on clinic performance and financial dataCoordinate with regional leadership on operational goalsGrowth & Outreach :
Build and sustain relationships with referring physicians and community partnersParticipate in sales and marketing initiatives to grow referralsRepresent the center in community engagement opportunitiesCompliance & Quality Assurance :
Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare and state practice actsExecute quality audits and staff meetings with a focus on improvementUphold OSHA standards and safety practicesQualifications :
Graduate of an accredited PT or OT programLicensed in California (or eligible)CPR certification required2+ years of clinical experience; prior leadership preferredStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in basic computer software (Word, Excel, etc.)Physical Requirements :
Lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with patient mobilityFrequent walking, standing, bending, and reachingManual dexterity for equipment handling and clinical documentation
