Description : Physical Therapist\n\nShift : Monday - Friday 8 : 00a-4 : 30p, one weekend every month.\n\nLooking for acute / outpatient experience. B.S. in Physical Therapy, NYS License or eligible, and 2 years experience required. Must successfully\npass pre-employment health clearance.\nDuties : Will evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures; fonnulate\nspecific goals for patient treabnent by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and\nthe patients; prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner; attend designated\nclinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient information; participate in educational programs\nfor staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional health care personnel; train new staff\nmembers; serve as clinical instructor for senior level students; and facilitate new program development.
