Key Responsibilities
Evaluate prospective students' academic goals and provide information on educational offerings
Guide applicants through the admissions process for undergraduate and graduate programs
Maintain exceptional communication with prospective and enrolled students throughout the admissions lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in admissions, consultative service, sales, or recruiting
Proven track record of achieving results as an individual contributor
Experience in delivering excellent customer service
Proficiency in navigating PC and multiple software systems
Ability to work in a virtual environment and manage high volumes of communication
