Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams delivering AI-enabled solutions for the U.S. Army.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and continuous improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear, actionable user stories

Act as a servant-leader, removing impediments and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment

Required Qualifications

Strong foundation as a Scrum Master with experience in Agile methodologies

Solid understanding of software development and AI technologies

Prior military experience or experience supporting defense or military programs is preferred

Ability to engage effectively with government stakeholders and understand operational contexts

Experience in leading and coordinating Program Increment Planning
