Surveillance Radar Technicians are responsible for maintaining and repairing critical ground-based radar systems. This crucial work enables the detection of enemy artillery and mortar rounds, thereby supporting effective defense operations.
A U.S. citizen with a valid Social Security number
Aged between 17 to 34 years old
In possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
Compliant with military tattoo guidelines
No major law violations in their past
No underlying medical concerns that could impact job performance
Training and Certifications
Opportunities exist to obtain 36 nationally recognized certifications
Briefed on 10 weeks of Basic Training followed by 37 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
Require a minimum ASVAB score of 107 in Electronics (EL) or 102 in Electronics (EL), alternatively 90 in Skilled Technical (ST)
