ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary :
- Oversees all table games activity during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) regulations.
- Provides direct supervision and support to Table Games Floor Supervisors and Dealers.
- Fulfill the duties of Table Games Shift Manager or Table Games Supervisor when required.
- Monitors games, staff performance, and player activity to ensure the integrity of operations.
- Ensures adherence to approved dealing procedures and game protection standards.
- Maintains accountability and oversight of chips, cards, dice, and other table games equipment.
- Manages table limits and verifies table inventories to ensure accuracy and control.
- Ensures prompt and professional resolution of guest disputes or concerns.
- Supports and promotes high standards of guest service and team engagement.
- Collaborates with the Director of Table Games to develop and implement strategies for profitability, game layout, and staffing.
- Coordinates team member schedules and staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Assists with the maintenance of department records, reports, and shift communications.
- Supports training, coaching, and development of team members to maintain service and compliance standards.
- Issues complimentary privileges within approved limits and in accordance with the comp matrix.
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all company matters.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years of age.Associate’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of three (3-5) years of experience in a table games leadership role.Thorough knowledge of all table games operations, rules, and procedures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and table games operating systems.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.Must meet licensing and credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.Must be flexible to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
