Partnership Support Team
We are hiring for our Partnership Support Team in Norwell, MA. Our company is seeking a candidate who can think on their feet, engage in challenging situations, and come up with creative solutions to ensure the success of our business as part of our Partnership Support Team. The team focuses on collaborating with and supporting our Headquarter Sales Teams via Logistics Management, Delivery Coordination, Order Processing and Tracking, and Inventory Management.
Specific Responsibilities include :
- Provide prompt responses and resolutions to all customer / manufacturer inquiries regarding orders, invoicing, product quality, coordination of deliveries, availability of products, customer pricing and / or billing.
- Develop customer relationships and communicate customer needs to sales account managers to achieve objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiencies by understanding the needs and objectives of the business.
- Analyze and process all orders and invoices with attention to detail and critical insight of the customer’s business.
- Work with sales executive on account specific tasks such as deduction reconciliation, sell sheets, item maintenance, and administrative responsibilities as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications for Success
Desire to learn new skills and adapt to changing responsibilities and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office products, and the capability to learn new programs.Ability to track, prioritize and follow up on multiple tasks.Detail oriented.College Education or Equivalent Work Experience.This is a full-time office job, 40 hour / week position with benefits including medical, dental, disability, and paid time off. Hours are 8am-4 : 45pm Monday through Friday.
