The Job Center is partnering with a respected client in Roanoke, TX to add High-Reach Order Picker Forklift Operators to the team. This is a temp-to-hire path with a company that values reliability and precision.

A Day (and Night) on the Job

You arrive for second shift at 2 : 00 p.m. and gear up for an evening of purposeful work. You’ll navigate a cherry picker / high-reach truck to select inventory, confirm each pull with an RF scanner, and keep product moving efficiently until 12 : 30 a.m. Your independence shows in how you organize your tasks and maintain accuracy under pace.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay : $19 an hour
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 2 : 00 p.m.–12 : 30 a.m. (mandatory OT as business needs)
• Benefits (temp-to-hire) : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
