Administrator (Va)
The role of the Administrator is to support the Administration Department Manager by ensuring all administrative duties are completed in an orderly and timely fashion and in line with our internal compliance policies. You will work as part of a busy Administration Department and report to the Administration Department Manager.
Daily duties include :
- Carry out anti money laundering checks on clients
- Complete all relevant sales, lettings and block management administration
- Organize and order window adverts as required
- Appoint relevant contractors to carry out energy performance certificates
- Raise all relevant invoices as required
- Use internal computer software to create tenancy agreements and all relevant documentation
- Load and progress tenant references
- Create property write ups for marketing purposes
- Liaising with clients to confirm proposed marketing details
- Complete relevant market appraisal reports and correspondence
- Issue relevant offer letters to all parties
- Create and issue relevant terms of business
- Photography and floor plan editing
- Assisting with the creation of leasehold packs as required
- General administrative support as directed
