Role & Responsibility

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
• Manage all aspects of case development from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and trial when necessary.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and settlement agreements.
• Provide compassionate, clear, and consistent communication with clients throughout their cases.
• Collaborate with legal staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure precision and efficiency in case handling.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and team members, contributing to their professional growth.
• Uphold the firm's values and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
