Pharmacist

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening in Memphis, Tennessee.

Pay Details : $ 62.66 per hour

Shift Details : Monday – Friday 9AM - 6PM, 10AM – 7PM, or 11AM – 8PM ( No weekend, no on call )

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist :

Provide consultation on prescription and non-prescription medications for storage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions. Provide services to patients, such as smoking cessation, blood pressure measurement and cholesterol management.

Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files.

Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur and answering patients' questions.

Required Qualifications for Pharmacist :

TN Pharmacists licensed required.

Long term care / retail experience is a plus

Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
