The Building / Project Manager will manage facilities projects and execute all required building management duties in support of the Air Dominance (AD) Sub Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) located in Tucson, Arizona.
Duties include daily management of multiple facilities including office space, laboratories and production facilities. Tasks also include scheduling and managing escort requirements in closed areas, interface with program and DOD security to ensure proper procedures are followed, facilities, maintenance, and digital technology work orders. Other responsibilities may include coordination of property management activities. The role will interface with local facilities and Environmental Health Safety (EHS) leaders on a routine basis.
The Building / Project Manager supports classified / proprietary programs within AD portfolio on the EHS Safety & Site Councils and be responsible for training and leading Leadership Engagements throughout the AD sites.
The role actively supports several portfolio special projects, including program reviews, Town Halls, and various ongoing SSBU activities. The candidate must be able to set priorities and develop procedures to complete various sensitive tasks on a routine basis. The role will report to the AD Program Operations & Integrations team and is a key driver of cross-portfolio efforts on various tasks.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
