Reporting RelationshipsThis position reports directly to the Regions Operations Manager
Position SummarySupervise all aspects of branch operations to obtain most effective and profitable use of equipment and personnel.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations.
Communicate regularly with customer personnel to maintain current and detailed knowledge of customer needs, requirements, safety regulations, etc.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.Implement strategies to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.Generate requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies and forward via appropriate process for review and approval.Recruit, train, and develop a competent workforce capable of achieving organizational goalsProvide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Enforce compliance of all branch personnel with regard to administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, required training, and industry regulations.Direct investigations into operational or supply problems.Develop and manage the budget for the pump shop, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization and savings.Work with Operations Manager and Finance team to ensure accurate P&L reporting and forecasts to track performance against targets.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Coordinate the cleanliness, maintenance and care of shop facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials in a manner which promotes efficiency, health, and safety.Communicate regularly with HSE regarding safety and training needs required by customers and / or suppliers, and ensure standards are met.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to remain competitive in the market.Other duties as assignedEssential CharacteristicsResults and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving initiatives to close

Technical Requirements : In-depth knowledge of oil & gas industry, specifically downhole pumps. Computer literate, able to perform required duties on standard and company-specific programs. Strong management and customer service skills, and the ability to work well with people. Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.Experience : At least 5 years’ experience, or as deemed sufficient by managementDisclaimer
