Position Overview :

As a Doughnut Production Team Member at Krispy Kreme, youll be responsible for creating our world-famous doughnuts. From mixing and frying to glazing and packing, youll ensure each doughnut meets our high standards of freshness and quality. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for delivering the best doughnuts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and produce doughnuts according to Krispy Kremes standards, including mixing ingredients, frying, glazing, and decorating.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure its functioning safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, following all food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Pack and prepare doughnuts for delivery or in-store display.
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment of ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications :

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Previous experience in food production or a related field is a plus, but not required (well provide training!).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
