Position : Occupational Therapist - $500 Sign On Bonus!

Edenbrook Omro a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• To provide quality Occupational therapy services and initiates referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards.
• To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation and conduct specialized evaluations as indicated.
• To supervise and direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in the implementation of the treatment plan.
• Apply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)
• Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use
• Guide and educate family members and caregivers
• Observe, note, and report on progress of long and short term treatment goals
