The Terrain Park Ranger is to act as a key member of the operations community at Jay Peak which helps shape the future of our Terrain Parks by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned) Daily raking and maintaining features throughout the parks.

Riding the features and talking with guests.

Daily set-up and take-down of fencing.

Responding to incidents in the Terrain Parks where you will work closely with Patrol in keeping first responders safe.

May be asked to help with fabrication projects and provide input on building the parks.

Promoting a culture of “bring what you learn in the park to what you do in the woods and upper mountain”.
