What You’ll Do :
- Lead cases from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Develop case strategies and advise clients on risk management
- Draft and file litigation docs (pleadings, motions, etc.)
- Guide clients and collaborate with expert witnesses
- Prepare for depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Keep the team and clients in the loop with consistent communication
