The Role

This role will fully own the buildout and day-to-day management of Rilla's accounting operations. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Finance & Operations and work across a wide range of critical financial systems and processes, including :

• Month-end close
• Corporate tax management
• Subscription billing and revenue recognition
• Accounts payable and invoice reconciliation
• Cash collection and churn tracking
• Sales tax compliance and state registrations
• Corporate credit card and commercial insurance management
• Benefits administration and support for our growing team

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000 / year.

Successful candidates with competing offers will receive matching and competitive offers.

Total compensation for this position may also include Incentive Stock Options and other potential future incentives. This estimate excludes the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
