As our Superintendent, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations on active job sites to deliver safe, high‑quality projects on schedule. In this role, you will direct daily activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, run site meetings, enforce safety and quality standards, and keep work moving efficiently in alignment with the project plan.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, foremen, trade partners, and inspectors to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. You’ll maintain a clean, organized site; track progress; resolve field issues quickly; and communicate clearly with the project team to protect schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
Experienced superintendents may lead multiple phases, mentor assistant superintendents, contribute to look‑ahead planning, and support continuous improvement in field execution and safety culture.
Successful superintendents in this role are hands‑on leaders who prioritize safety, coordination, communication, and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Your Background
- Previous experience as a construction superintendent managing day‑to‑day field operations.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, site logistics, and trade sequencing across structural, architectural, and MEP scopes.
- Proven ability to run daily coordination meetings, manage multiple subcontractors, and keep crews aligned with schedule milestones.
- Proficiency in reading drawings/specifications and working with RFIs, submittals, and changes.
- Familiarity with construction technology and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills with a safety‑first mindset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic field environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
