RESPONSIBILITIES :
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks & projects.Running office errands as needed (picking up supplies, going to post office & bank).QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferredHigh degree of self-discipline and motivation; able to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent communication (written, verbal & listening) skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.Proactive problem-solving, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational and time management skills.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Reliable transportationProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products : Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
