Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resectionsCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesStroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramWhat You'll Do :

Assess patient needs and implement tailored interventions with family involvement.Monitor changes in patient conditions and adjust care plans as necessary.Implement safety strategies and assess readiness to learn.Coordinate discharge plans with an interdisciplinary approach.Evaluate patient and team outcomes and engage in shared governance activities.Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts to foster collaboration.Promote a culture of safety by identifying and addressing potential risks.Practice ethical decision-making and participate actively in care teams.Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.Participate in ongoing professional development and required educational programs.Licensure and Certifications Required :
Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education Required :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Experience Required :
A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience is typically required.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Ability to provide holistic care and adapt to changing clinical situations.Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records systems.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements :
