Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration work, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage "Like it never even happened!"

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise restoration crews in various projects, including water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and more.
• Ensure that all restoration work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Manage inventory of restoration equipment and supplies, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and time worked by crew members.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to deliver successful restoration projects on time and within budget.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
