This part-time opportunity is located at our Hallmark Corporate owned Gold Crown store #207 in Renaissance at Colony Park located in Ridgeland, MS.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

Our Part-Time Sales Leaders bring the Hallmark mission to life in the store. They are the face of the Hallmark brand to customers and vital to the success of Hallmark.

THE PART-TIME SALES LEADER DUTIES TO INCLUDE :

• Delivering an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests feeling inspired, ready to connect, and eager to return.
• Modeling and coaching service and selling skills while, helping customers find the perfect card and gift solutions.
• Leading store associates when the Store Manager is not available, providing feedback along the way.
• Communicating daily priorities, goals, and business information, while maintaining fun and supportive team environment.
• Executing store operations product replenishment & merchandising, ringing sales, processing shipments, managing inventory, point-of-sale audits, seamless retail, etc.

The hourly pay range for this position is between $9.00 and $11.00.
