Opportunity : RN - CCU / ICU Float Pool Job Details : - Work night shifts, 3x12 schedule from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM - 36 weekly guaranteed hours - 13-week assignment length - Float between Critical Care units including Med Surg (36 beds), Cardiac Stepdown / Progressive Care (30 beds), MS Stepdown (8 beds), and ICU (12 beds) - Patient ratios vary by unit : MS 1 : 6, Cardiac Stepdown 1 : 4, MS Stepdown 1 : 3, ICU 1 : 2 or 1 : 1 - Work weekends as required by facility with standard expectation of every other full weekend - Call requirements as determined by facility - Must have 1 years of critical care experience - Required certifications : BLS and ACLS from AHA only, NIH - Current RN license eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri - EPIC EMR experience preferred - Dress code requires black scrubs provided by traveler - Flu vaccination required November 1 - April 1 (exemptions must be client approved) - Must be team player with ability to work with various teams and be adaptable - Expected to work at least one major winter holiday Facility : This 251-bed acute care facility earned an A grade in The Leapfrog Group's Fall 2024 Hospital Safety Grade, demonstrating commitment to patient safety and quality care.
