Senior Area Sales Manager- Air & Water- Gulf Coast
We are looking for a Senior Area Sales Manager to join our Air & Water team, supporting the Gulf Coast region across Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. In this role, you will lead sales activities to expand our plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (PHVAC) wholesale distributor network while driving growth with existing partners. You will play a key role in achieving sales goals, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party representatives to execute regional growth strategies.

What You'll Bring to Our Team :
Minimum Qualifications : 5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within the plumbing or HVAC industry (vendor or distributor). Demonstrated success building and maintaining trust-based relationships with customers, peers, and leadership. Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel 50%+ within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experience creating and executing strategic territory growth plans. A solutions-oriented mindset with persistence and creativity in addressing challenges.
