Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for mechanical systems and a knack for closing deals? IKM Building Solutions, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our footprint across Wisconsin. As the face of IKM, you'll be our brand stewardbuilding strong client relationships, expanding our market presence, and delivering outcome-based solutions in Mechanical, Plumbing, Fabrication, Service, and Controls.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and manufacturing clients
• Identify and close new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
• Promote renewable service agreements and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic, technical proposals
• Track opportunities in CRM and maintain detailed account plans
• Represent IKM at trade shows and industry events
