Senior Implementation Consultant

As the Senior Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of projects and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technical experts product specialists and project managers to ensure successful implementations. Additionally you will be responsible for identifying potential issues early on and developing strategies to address them proactively.

About The Role

As our Senior Implementation Consultant you will play a key role in implementing software solutions and providing excellent customer service. Your primary duties will include :

• Managing implementation teams and coordinating resources
• Leading and conducting regular status meetings
• Identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation plans
• Developing comprehensive knowledge of products being implemented
• Conducting user acceptance testing and training sessions
• Providing ongoing support to clients after go-live
