Locum – Radiologist (Body Imaging) – Illinois

Hourly : $263 | Overtime : $395

Location : Illinois – Hospital-Based (open to remote candidates)

Start Date : As soon as credentialed

Practice & Schedule

Setting : Hospital-based; providers will read across multiple sites (primary base at main hospital)

Open to Remote : Yes – remote candidates with strong Body Imaging experience will be considered (on-site preferred)

Schedule : Flexible; call negotiable

Call Ratio : Negotiable

Average Daily Volume :

~30–35 CTs

~100 X-rays

~60 Ultrasounds

Trauma Level : Level I & Level II hospitals

EMR / Systems : Epic, PowerScribe, Intelerad PACS, Softek Illuminate

Department Size : 40 FTE radiologists (9 reading CT, 4 reading Body MR)

Patient Population : All ages (locum not required to read Pediatrics)

Ultrasound

Body MRI

Credentialing

Timeframe : ~3 months

Submission Requirements

Board Certified – Required

Illinois License – Required

BLS – Required

Fellowship training in Body Imaging – Required

CDS Certification & DEA Registration – Required

Remote Accepted : Yes (on-site preferred)

Compensation & Travel

Hourly : $263

Overtime : $395

Malpractice included

Travel Reimbursements : Flight, hotel, rental car, mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
