Dietary Utility Aide / Dishwasher Location Prosper, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $17.00–$19.00 / hr, paid weekly
• Full-time, 40 hours / week
• Monday–Sunday (5-day schedule, 2 days off / week)
• Shift : 12 : 30pm – 9 : 30pm
• W2 employment ROLE IMPACT Join a leading hospital facility where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming food service environment. This support position ensures sanitary standards are met, supports kitchen operations, and contributes to an excellent patient dining experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sanitize pots, pans, and equipment to meet hospital cleanliness standards
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and dish room cleanliness
• Support general kitchen cleanliness including floors and walls
• Assist material handler with supply movement and storage MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years food service experience in hospital, institutional, or commercial settings preferred
• Knowledge of chemical sanitizers and sanitation procedures
• Must possess a valid Texas Food Handlers Card before start date and maintain current status throughout employment EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Industrial dishwashing equipment
• Floor-cleaning and sanitation tools
• Exposure to hot and humid environments
• Standing, walking, and lifting throughout shift
• Hospital kitchen setting with adherence to safety protocols PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in hospital food service or high-volume kitchen
• Familiarity with infection control standards
