As a Security Officer - Front Desk Concierge in Mason, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a pivotal role in greeting visitors, assisting employees, and maintaining a professional presence at the main entrance. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to inquiries, and supporting security-related protocols while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
