The Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Partner Enablement Program Manager to manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle for partner sales and technical enablement programs. This individual will play a pivotal role in bringing enablement needs from concept to completioncoordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure every deliverable is impactful, accurate, and aligned to partner success.
Once an enablement need is identified and prioritized, you will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Learning Solution Architect (LSA) to understand the business context, target personas, and key learning objectives. You'll oversee the process from scoping and design through content creation, review, and publishingensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and our partners.
You will develop and operationalize a consistent framework for enablement content creation, including templates, workflows, and best practices that scale across all partner routes to market (Reseller, Distributor, MSP, and GSI). You will also manage a repeatable framework for informing and enabling partners on new products, solutions, programs, tools, sales plays, services, and campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured chaosbalancing process excellence with creativity and innovationand who can drive alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The annual base salary range is : $149,000 - $224,000 USD
