Were looking for a Maintenance Inventory Specialist to help keep our operations running efficiently by managing the flow of maintenance parts and supplies that support our 24 / 7 production teams. This is a Monday-Friday day shift role!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control parts inventory across all Tennessee facilities.
• Create process and track maintenance-related purchase orders.
• Provide weekly purchase order spending and monthly on-hand inventory reports.
• Research source and order replacement parts as needed.
• Work closely with vendors and maintenance personnel to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Support a 24 / 7 maintenance operation and assist with maintenance tasks when needed.
• Mentor and train other technicians and production team members.
