Our client, a prominent law firm based in Haddonfield, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receptionist to support daily operations. About the Job :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, answering or redirecting inquiries.
• Maintain accurate notes and records, triaging information to the proper party.
• Greet clients with the utmost professionalism, providing an exceptional client experience.
• Communicate professionally via phone and email, ensuring timely correspondence.
• Assist with file audits and administrative reporting as needed.

About You :

This contract-to-hire position offers an hourly rate up to $25.00, or an annual salary up to $55,000 depending on experience. Onsite, this role follows an 8 : 30-5 : 00 schedule.
