ServiceNow Migration Consultant

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Migration and Integration Consultant to lead the transition of workflows into the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the transition of Jira Service Management workflows into the ServiceNow platform

Drive integration of cross-functional workstreams into ServiceNow, including HR, Contracts Management, Finance, IT Operations, and Technical Operations

Enhance dashboarding and reporting functionalities to improve visibility and decision-making

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, focusing on technical implementation

Proven success in migrating workflows and integrating multiple modules within ServiceNow

Strong ability to work independently while driving platform optimization and innovation

Proficiency in dashboarding and reporting tools native to ServiceNow

Experience with Jira Service Management or similar migration projects
