Aktuell suchen wir einen erfahrenen Media Buyer, der unser A-Player-Team verstärkt – remote, mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, echter Neugier und einem kompromisslosen Anspruch an Exzellenz.

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Kampagnen auf Meta, Google und YouTube zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit und Performance.
  • Analyse von Daten und Trends zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kampagnenergebnisse.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativteams zur Erstellung von ansprechenden und effektiven Anzeigeninhalten.
  • Budgetmanagement und Kostenkontrolle, um maximale Effizienz aus den eingesetzten Mitteln zu erzielen.
  • Reporting der Kampagnenergebnisse an interne und externe Stakeholder.

Qualifikation

  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung mit Meta-Ads & Google / YouTube Ads
  • Du hast bereits 6-stellige Budgets verantwortet
  • Absolute Leidenschaft für Media Buying
  • Tracking & Attribution (inkl. CAPI, EMQ, Hyros etc.) sind kein Neuland
  • Nice-to-have : Du kennst auch TikTok & LinkedIn Ads
  • Du denkst strategisch, bist aber absolut hands-on
  • Analytisches Denken gepaart mit starkem Creative-Gespür
  • Neugier, Drive und
  • Du willst zu den Besten in deinem Fach gehören
  • Erfahrung mit Info-Produkten, Coachings oder High-Ticket-Offerings
  • Du bist proaktiv, testfreudig, strukturiert – und du ownst deine Zahlen
  • Loyalität, Charisma & starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
