Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS), Amazon's comprehensive suite of supply chain solutions that help businesses transport, warehouse, fulfill, deliver, and plan their movement of goods across both on- and off-Amazon channels. Our services include Multi-Channel Commerce & Fulfillment (MCCF), Amazon Freight, and Amazon Shipping, enabling businesses to either fully outsource their supply chain operations or selectively integrate specific services into their existing processes. The successful candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with data-driven decision making, and the ability to deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. You will support the MCCF team in delivering insights and automated solutions to drive efficiencies. You will work cross-functionally to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive operational excellence across ASCS services.

A Day in the Life :
As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with multiple business and finance teams across MCCF / ASCS and with other central finance teams to standardize and automate the 8 ASCS P&Ls. This person will also help deliver the automation roadmap for the MCCF business with the objective of eliminating manual inputs and driving automation. This person will be the main POC to the Data Analytics team and define the data and reports required by Finance from this team.

For many years, these services have been used by Amazon sellers as standalone solutions and have played a central role in improving the Amazon CX and reducing our CTS.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
