Must-Have : Passion for supporting women and newborns

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to join our busy obstetrics department.

The role involves providing high-quality care for women and their newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.

Responsibilities include caring for laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns.

You will perform triage and Non-Stress Tests (NSTs).

The RN will serve as the second nurse at deliveries and manage overflow patients.

Collaboration with physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals is essential to ensure excellent, patient-centered care.

You will support patients experiencing complications during pregnancy, birth, or recovery.

This is a fast-paced environment caring for women and newborn infants after childbirth.

You will play a critical role in guiding patients through the childbirth and postpartum journey.

This position is in a team-oriented setting with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
