Restaurant Manager candidates should have a minimum of 4 years experience with managing a restaurant and have extensive knowledge of wine. Reliability and timeliness is a must.
The ideal candidate should be energetic on the floor and have a strong service background. Must be able to run the floor with enthusiasm! Training and mentoring service staff, closing the restaurant, and checking on tables are just some of the daily responsibilities. Candidate should have above average wine knowledge. Position requires 50-55 hours a week.
The RM will be responsible for spearheading and developing and maintaining the entire Beverage program, managing all wine selections and tasting, creating and managing the wine menu, overseeing all wine-related staff education and training, and handling wine inventory.
